Behind their smiles and slick service hospitality workers can fall upon hard times just like anybody else. Ours can be a stressful industry, with long hours, high pressure environments and physically demanding work. 

Hospitality Action have assisted hospitality people since 1837 and we are proud to support them. They were one of the first UK charities to mount an emergency response to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. 

As the pandemic unfolded their response continually evolved to lessen the financial and mental health impact on the most vulnerable people in our industry. In response to the staffing crisis and skyrocketing cost of living Hospitality Action continue to evolve their services to support an industry on its knees. 

Since the on-set of the pandemic Hospitality Action have been able to assist more than 7,400 hospitality households with well over £2.2million in grants.
