Story
This March I will be taking on the TRIATHLON OF HORRORS to raise funds for Sport Relief.
Friday 16th
Swim: 1,344 lengths of a 25m pool. This is the equivalent of the 21 miles from England to France.
Saturday 17th - Sunday 18th
Bike: Ride the height of Everest (29,029ft) on one hill (Braggers Lane, Bransgore) This equates to 181 laps and 292 miles.
Monday 19th
Run: 15 miles wearing a 25lb pack on a treadmill, which will be set to an incline to replicate 4,000ft elevation.
