As part of the TRIBE Run For Love Challenge, I am rallying my TRIBE to come together and Run 10K For Love this Jan. 

In doing so, we will help to raise a total of £250,000 for TRIBE Freedom Foundation to raise awareness of modern slavery and set up two new homes for UK survivors.

Timings: 9:45 for 10 am start
Distance: 5km and 10km routes available. 5km = one loop of Dovestones, 10km = two loops!

There will be hot drinks and snacks afterwards! We've had a lot of rain and it's very boggy so wear trainers you're happy to get muddy and maybe a spare pair for the journey home.
