Story

I successfully completed Ironman UK on July 22nd 2012, the first of 6 completed since then. You can still donate by clicking the red button opposite!

Rotary International will allocate the money I raise such that 50% goes to my chosen cause SPICE (Special People on ICE), and 50% goes to various cancer charities.

SPICE is an additional needs ice skating group. Membership includes young people up to the age of eighteen who have a wide range of additional needs - Autism, Aspergers Syndrome, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy to name a few.

Ironman is an endurance triathlon comprising a 2.4 miles open water swim, a 112 miles cycle ride, followed by a 26.2 miles run.
