For over 22 years, Bethany has been supporting vulnerable children and families across Middle Tennessee through high-quality, faith-based social services. Whether through providing safe homes for children in foster care, finding adoptive homes for children who cannot return to their biological families, helping families stay together through counseling or offering support during a period of crisis through the Safe Families program, or helping refugees and immigrants seek a better life in our community, Bethany believes one thing –  that everyone deserves to be safe, loved, and connected. 

As of 2019, Tennessee has a little over 9,000 children in the foster care system who do not have a place of permanency, and many others hurting at home, and still others unprotected at the border. Too many children still need the stability, permanency, protection, and nurturing only a family can provide, and Bethany strives to continue to walk in that gap.
