Hi 

For those of you who don't know, I work for Sense. They are a National Charity to support children and adults with complex disabilities to live a life they deserve. 

I'll be abseiling down Birmingham's Touchbase Pears centre, which is not only where I work, but also provides a multitude of activities and services for the community, from arts and crafts activities, to even a college.

Sense are doing great work, and I'd appreciate if you could donate a small something for this great cause; it'll make descending backwards down a tall building worth it :-)
