Message Community Grocery and The Message Trust have been a huge part of my life over the last 2 years, so what could be a better way to support their work than by being pushed in one of their trolleys doing what I like doing, making music!

The road is long (10 miles) with many a winding turn, obstacle and bump to the Sharston Grocery from BBC Media City via the city centre. My brothers Andrew Donegan and Andy Campsall and the faithful Donald Andrews (superhero grocery volunteer) will be providing the muscle and manoeuvres to get me there, hopefully in one piece!
