Mr Motivator - Livestream Workout · 23 March 2020

We know that some of our supporters want to do their own thing, and were lucky that people organise all sorts of incredible events to support The Trussell Trust.

Story

On Monday March 23 at 12:30, Britain’s most beloved and recognisable fitness guru, Mr Motivator, will head up a fitness session livestreamed to the world via Truck Festival’s
Facebook page – with all donations received going to The Trussell Trust

During the livestream there we ask that you donate towards The Trussell Trust, a charity who support over 1,200 food bank centres across the UK.

As the coronavirus pandemic unfolds in the UK, and amidst panic buying there is an increasing number of people who need support from their local food bank. As food bank staff and volunteers work to source and distribute food to people who need support, their resources are becoming increasingly stretched as they come under additional pressure.

Streaming from his living room to yours, we encourage you all to join, record and post your workout using #MotivatorMonday and help those in need by raising funds for a charity close to both of our hearts.

Much Love

The Trussell Trust:

Last year, food banks in our network provided more than 1.6 million emergency food parcels to people in crisis. More than half a million of these went to children. It’s not right that people can’t afford the basics. With your help, we can help end the need for food banks. As a nation, we expect no one should be left hungry or destitute. Illness, disability, family breakdown or the loss of a job can happen to any of us. With your help #ThisCanChange
