We are incredibly proud to be part of the Trueline Products team, supporting and partnering with KEMP Hospice for the Canoe the Severn River fundraising event. As participants, Ryan Taylor, Operations Manager, and Rich Smith, Senior Estimator, we are thrilled to embark on this adventure for a great cause.

Our mission is to paddle along the mighty River Severn, covering a challenging 14.5 miles from Bridgnorth to Bewdley in a single day

The reason behind our fundraising efforts is to support the invaluable work of KEMP Hospice in the Wyre Forest area. This incredible organisation provides essential care and assistance to individuals living with life-limiting conditions. They also extend their support to caregivers, families, and those who have been affected by bereavement. KEMP Hospice's impact is tremendous, with over 1,000 people benefiting from their services each year.

This cause hits particularly close to home for Ryan & Rich. Rich’s mother battled terminal bowel and liver cancer. Thanks to surgery and treatment, she has been in remission for an inspiring nine years.

Ryan Taylor, our Operations Manager, will be canoeing in loving memory of his Dad, who sadly passed away in 2020 after a brief battle with Leukaemia.

While our family didn't have the chance to personally utilise the services of KEMP Hospice during that challenging time, we recognise the immense value they provide to individuals and families facing similar circumstances. Raising funds for such a remarkable cause would undoubtedly bring a smile to all our faces and honour Ryan's Dad's memory in a meaningful way.
