Hagar exists to restore the lives of women and children who have survived human trafficking, slavery and severe abuse.

Story

Nearly 30 million people around the world are living as modern-day slaves. They are forced into manual labour, victims of debt bondage, trafficked into the sex trade and even born into servitude. Modern slavery is a growing industry worth US$150 billion in profits a year. Asia accounts for more than half of the world’s most exploited people.
