Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the TSA Racing JustGiving page.

This season, TSA Racing won the British Virtual Touring Car Championship 2017A season, while raising money for The Alzheimer's Society. As we enter the tail end of the year, we wanted to do something bigger - and what better way than to get a few extra friends involved in a great virtual race, for a great real cause.

The Race Centre is an excellent and cheaper alternative to real karting, getting people behind the wheel of a variety of vehicles to race against friends on circuits around the world.

Based in Chandler’s Ford (and another in Halifax) they offer experiences that are ideal for corporate events, stag parties, kids’ parties, private groups and birthdays, as well as for individual racing practise.

The 24 hour virtual event starts on Friday November 17th at 1pm, and all seven drivers will do their bit to get the car battling at the top end against nine other teams. A mixture of strategy calls and planning will hopefully see TSA Racing getting onto the podium.

The first practise session on the evening of 12th October will be used to announce the car and track combination. In 2015 this was the 1976 Porsche 911 RSR 3.0 at the beautiful Spa-Francorchamps - which Philip and Matt raced with another team. Who knows what challenges we face this year?

But away from the race, it's all about making a difference and helping those that need it most. Children In Need is a massive fundraising event, raising £46,624,259 last year. We hope to be a small part of that this year.

With The Race Centre and other teams, we're hoping to raise lots for Children In Need and hope you can help.
