Story
Tuesday's Child is a humanitarian charity helping children in war zones and extreme poverty and hardship.
We have been helping families living in the Gaza Strip since 2007 with food aid, medicines, education and hardship needs.
We need your urgent help to support families displaced by the current war on Gaza - we need money for food baskets, hygiene kits, baby care kits, sets of children's clothes, water, blankets, mattresses, shoes, cooking utensils and medicines.
Tuesday's Child gives all money raised or donated. We also donate all gift aid from your donations.
You can donate on this page or text TCAG70 to 70070 followed by £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10 on your mobile. For larger amounts you can donate online at this link. link. Thank you.
Gaza is a tiny strip of land, just 26 miles long and 4 - 7 miles wide. Over 50 percent of the 1.8 million people living here are children and the average age is 17 yrs.

We also ask for your prayers for an end to this violent war. Please keep the people of Gaza in your prayers, especially all of the children.
Photo - Shahed, Rad and Mohammed - from Beit Hanoun, Northern Gaza - 17 Aug '14. Like thousands of children across the Gaza strip they are homeless, traumatised, exhausted, hungry and dehydrated. Their Mum told us "We took shelter in one of the schools when our home was destroyed. Many children in the schools are getting sick, so I brought my family home, they are better here sitting on the stones of their former home, we will try and make some shelter here and stay on this land of our former home".
