A few months back I was on site with a client and one of their team members. She was telling me about her charity Sienna May Foundation which supports bereaved parents who have lost a child under 5 through the funding of private counselling.

She had just secured some slots for the Stafford 10k and asked me if I wanted to do it. Off course, I said yeah, I want to get back into my running anyway as I have not been out since before the wedding.

Come to think of it I have still not been out since the wedding. DOH!

But in one month’s time I will be completing the 10k, and I would love your help to raise as much money as possible. And, I am happy to take on challenges if you want to give me an extra big donation.
