Sobell House cares for people in Oxfordshire at the end of life, offering specialist support to them and their families. It costs around £11.9 million a year to provide care in our hospice, hospitals and community. Your support helps us to treat every patient and family with dignity and compassion.

Story

I’m doing an abseil on Sunday 21st October! I will be voluntarily jumping off the Unipart Building in Cowley, Oxford (26 metres descent)! It’s all in aid of the Sobell House Hospice Charity, which is one of our firm’s nominated charities.

The purpose the charity is to support the Sir Michael Sobell House Hospice in providing palliative and end of life care to the residents of Oxfordshire. The hospice currently costs around £4 million a year to run, much of which is raised through the support and generosity of individuals and companies throughout the community. The Hospice offers physical, psychological, social and spiritual care to those facing life threatening illness, death and bereavement. The focus is on quality of life, respecting the uniqueness of each person, and respect for the dignity of all users of the service.

Please sponsor me as this is a really worthwhile cause and I would like to raise as much as possible.
