As you may know, I was due to attempt a hike of the Pacific Crest Trail this year, a 2,650 mile hike from Mexico to Canada.  However, a little thing called COVID-19 happened, and I've had to shelve those plans until next year.  So, deprived of one ridiculous physical challenge, I've decided to set myself another, and will attempt to climb the height of Mt Everest without leaving my front door.  In short, 3105 laps of the 16 steps between the 2 storeys of my parents' house.  

All proceeds will go to my local NHS charity, which I'm sure you will agree is a cause worth backing these days.  Please give generously, and show your support for our doctors and nurses.
