Darren, Bob and I are running the virtual London Marathon on 4th October to raise much needed money for local charity tic+. The charity has already supported members of my family and we would love to help fund some of the incredible services that the charity provides to young people in Gloucestershire. We are hoping that we will not only raise money but aim to increase awareness of mental health; the more we can all talk about it with each other and with young people, the more we can tackle the crisis head on.

Some recent information from tic+:

• As of today 773 children and young people are on our waiting list
• High risk cases have tripled in the past year.
• Self harm and suicidal thoughts are at the highest we’ve known in our 27 year of service

How your donation can really help tic+:

• £7 donation means that tic+ can answer the call to a young person this week.
• £61 donation pays for a counselling session for a young person.
• £35 will help towards training more counsellors to support more young people.
