Hi,

My name is Sam Easton and earlier this year, my girlfriend's father Charles Young died after a long battle with depression. He was a wonderful family man and his death had a profound effect on those who knew him.

I wanted to organise an event to celebrate Charles' life as well as to spread awareness for mental health issues, particularly in men. He had a love of music that I regret not exploring more when I knew him, but hopefully we can rectify this discrepancy. 

On 2nd September 2017, I will be holding a charity 12 hour 'buskathon' in Tunbridge Wells Town Centre with all proceeds and donations going to Mind UK. If you are available and nearby, please come along and support a number of local musicians who are donating their time and service to perform.

If you can't make it, I have launched this Just Giving page so that you can still donate and help all those who are suffering from depression or any other mental health issue.
