Jon Holley, Dave Bird & Joel Swindin are competing in this year's Ironman 70.3 in Exmoor on June 28th. We will swim 1.2 miles, cycle 56 miles and finish it with a half marathon in Theo's memory.

We are raising money for Rainbow's Hospice who helped us when Theo was here. Theo died last July after a 5-month struggle with SMA Type-1. He loved the pool and sensory room at Rainbows and the staff there were excellent at supporting us after he died, as we arranged his burial. They do great things everyday and it is a fantastic facility that needs your donations so give as much as you can.
