I have never run like this before but have decided that I would like to raise money for charity and what better charity than The Royal Brompton Hospotal and in memory of my friends gorgeous little angel Ava-Louise who sadly passed away on 6th May 2012 at just 5 months old due to a very complex and rare heart condiditon.

This is my first ever 10k run and I hope to run it in approximately 1 hour and this will be taking place in Stratford-Upon-Avon on the 9th September 2012.
