The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

Hi everyone!

This Sunday the 26th, we are taking part in the 2.6 challenge.

With many fundraising events, such as the London Marathon, now cancelled due to Coronavirus - UK charities are losing billions of pounds in donations. The 2.6 Challenge is a mass participation event starting on the 26th April aiming to raise much need funds to save the UK's charities. CEDA is in desperate need of funds to continue the work we are doing.

We've decided as a family to join in the 2.6 challenge; we are going to do 5 back-to-back challenges in order to raise some money for CEDA whilst challenging ourselves physically AND having fun as a family!

CHALLENGE 1: All 5 of us will complete the first challenge of the day which will see us all doing 26 star jumps!

CHALLENGE 2: As soon as we've finished Challenge 1, George, Adam, Josh and I will then go on a 2.6 mile walk around our village!

CHALLENGE 3: Next - Adam, Josh and I will then try to fill a 20 litre jerrycan with water in 6 minutes. We will have to run from a bucket to the jerrycan repeatedly without spilling any!

CHALLENGE 4: After completing the first three challenges, me and Josh will head out on a 26-mile bike ride... wish me luck!

CHALLENGE 5: On our return home, Josh will then complete 260 squats... (his poor legs!). Oh - but not just normal squats. He'll complete 75 whilst carrying Tallie, 75 whilst carrying George, 75 whilst carrying Adam... and 35 whilst carrying me!

We are giving ourselves quite the challenge - and we plan to film the whole thing!

We'd be so grateful if you'd consider sponsoring us to complete this challenge.

Thank you to everyone who donates!
