Every day, Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with a blood cancer or blood disorder. We do this by matching incredible individuals willing to donate their stem cells to people who desperately need a lifesaving transplant. We also carry out cutting edge scientific research, fund specialist post-transplant nurses and support patients and their families through the transplant process and beyond. We won’t stop until we save the lives of everyone who needs a stem cell transplant. Every penny you donate brings us closer to that day.

On August 17^th I will be jumping in support of Anthony Nolan, and their great fight against blood cancers and those that are affected by them.

My involvement with Anthony Nolan maps back to my participation with Be the Match in the US. Seven years ago I was tested through a drive and entered into the registry. Less than a year later I matched with a man in need of a donor; shortly after I donated  stem cells with the help of UMASS General.

This foundation gives individuals the chance to help save others’ lives and families. Joining the registry is quick, easy and painless.
