Last year Sylvia Smith a friend of the family sadly passed away. Iain Rennie Grove Hospice is a local charity in Buckinghamshire that took great care of Sylvia in her final moments. They are a fantastic charity that have been running for over 25 years, and in that time have supported a number of friends and families in their final moments.
