My colleagues and I will be joining the mudder nation and taking part in Tough Mudder South West 2021 to raise money for The Royal Voluntary Sevice! This charity supports the more older, vulnerable generation, especially during this pandemic where they offer vital support to those who need it. 

Tough mudder is an 11 mile assault course that tests both mental and physical strengths. We aim to raise £200 each over the next 4 months leading up to the event so any spare money that can be donated will be massively appreciated!

I'll be training as normal for the rugby season so this will make this extra Tough!
