University of Birmingham Boat Club have decided to do their own take of the 'Run for Heroes' campaign due to the cancellation of our annual ergathon. 

Our aim is to:

- 5km any way you want (run/walk/cycle/erg etc!)

- Donate £5 to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity

- Nominate 5 people by posting a picture on your instagram/facebook, tagging @universityofbirminghamrowing, @hospitalchairty and the 5 people you want to nominate! 

100% of the donations will go to the QE Charity so lets try and raise as much as we can and really show all the workers how much we appreciate them.
