Sign up for a 10 minute stint on our spin bike in Reception and come and have some fun, all while listening to your favourite music and raising money for a great charity, Plan International.

Plan International are a humanitarian organisation who work with children growing up all over the world. They advance children's rights and equality for girls. Some examples of work that Plan International do are:

  • Africa: in Sierra Leone particularly where they help girls access proper education and campaign to end FGM that affects 3 million girls per year. They also train women to become teachers in African countries where only 20% graduate from high school, and help women to  become financially independent.
  • The Americas: in Brazil, the Youth Health Programme helps encourage healthy lifestyles
  • South Asia: the WASH programme, which stands for water, sanitation, and hygiene
  • UK: working with girls who live in "period poverty" and changing taboos around periods. They also campaign for women's rights in the UK, including sexual harassment issues and unsafe streets.
