Every year UCLWHC and UCLMHC go abroad to have fun, destress after exams and play hockey. Sadly, this year the coronavirus pandemic has meant that our hockey tour to Valencia was cancelled. So we, the women's club, decided we would virtually race the men's club to Valencia!

We wanted to come together as a club and use our free time to raise money for The Eve Appeal, a charity which has continued to help and support those suffering with gynaecological cancers. The current pressure on the NHS has meant that there are less beds for those needing examinations and for women facing cancer diagnoses and needing treatment. Added pressure on the Ask Eve information service and lower income to the charity means that the Eve Appeal needs donations to continue helping the public.

Over the last 17 days we ran and cycled the 1000 miles to complete this challenge. We would be very grateful if you would help us support the Eve Appeal through donations. Any size donation, big or small, will be greatly appreciated!
