Thankyou for visiting my JustGiving page!

As I’m sure you have all heard by now I am running the Oxford Town & Gown 10k on Sunday! Now everyone knows so I’m committed! I’m a fair weather runner usually so hopefully the weather will be a little brighter this weekend...

The run is to support Muscular Dystrophy UK, but OPUK have kindly agreed to match the money I raise and donate it to our charity - Sebastian’s Action Trust. That means you can help two great causes - a double whammy!

With Kathy’s guidance I went for my 1st Parkrun a few months ago and that proved to me how unfit I was. Since then I have been training but there have been a few trials and tribulations! First 3 weeks of a chest infection and now I’ve busted my knee and hand while out running... I know I sound like a sob story and David K. did say he would stand in for me (thankyou) ……, but I’m determined to complete the distance regardless! 10k will be a big challenge for me, but nothing is going
to keep me down!

I've tried to catch up with quite a few people and so far I’ve secured an amazing £1,000 in generous donations for when I make it across the finish line (and I will!).
