Hi, my name is Charlie, a University of Bristol student taking on the Kilimanjaro 2026 Challenge from 29 August 2026. I am fundraising £4,970 for the Meningitis Research Foundation. Meningitis is a serious illness: 1 in 6 people who contract it die, 1 in 5 are left with life-changing disabilities, and it causes around 200,000 deaths globally each year. The Foundation is working to defeat meningitis by 2030.

This cause is personal to me, having seen its impact close to home. Climbing Kilimanjaro is a significant challenge, but it is also a way to support vital work to eradicate this disease. Every donation makes a difference. Thank you for your support.
