I am doing another tough challenge for the National autistic society because it does amazing work for the thousands of people living and touched by Autism.I want to say Thanks for the wonderful help they have given me and other adults, I am doing two rides  July 3rd Glasgow to Balmoral  Castle and ride 2 September 3 Glasgow to Edinbrough Castle which is better because both are local,. they also both start from hope street where the national autistic society branch is.Thanks for taking time to visit my page please support and share  .I am in cycling practice now
