EMPIRE STATE 500: On the 3rd May 2020 I will be undertaking a enormous personal challenge. Over the past few year I have completed some long distance Off-Road cycling rides, but this will surpass each and every one of those massively. I will be embarking on cycling from Canada at Niagara Falls and cycling 510 miles over 6 days through the American trails to Manhattan, New York. I have self-funded my ride and added funds to the charity directly as ride partner sponsor, so all donations will go directly to RL Cares and support players such as Rob Burrow with MND and Mose Masoe who received a career ending spinal injury amongst many many more.
