Story

I take my next Coast to Coast crossing to an all new level by doing it BAREFOOT.
The route I will be following is
Alfred Wainwrights Coast to Coast route that starts at St Bees Head on the
west coast of Cumbria and finishes at Robin Hoods Bay on the east coast of
North Yorkshire, some 195 miles of trail and mountains away.
I am aiming to do an average of 15
miles a day which doesn’t sound a lot but given the terrain and that I am doing
it all barefoot, this will be an immense challenge both mentally and physically
in itself.
This route is expected to take 13
days and I will be tracking live via the satellite network throughout the
whole duration so you can follow this epic and challenging adventure of
mine from the comfort of your own homes.
I have supported the Chris Lucas
Trust for many years as they do truly amazing work in helping fund a cure for
Rhabdomyosarcoma, a truly horrible and aggressive form of children's and
teenage cancer, and I am asking for your help to support me in donating the
price of a cup of coffee to help make a difference.
This challenge will test me to my
limits both mentally and physically and your support (and a donation) will go a
long way.
My Social Media channels are
constantly updated with posts and videos of my adventures and the training I am
already undertaking to get my feet (and mind) ready for this, the biggest
challenge of my life.

Both accounts have the promo video
of my BAREFOOT challenge as the pinned post and tweet and it will be great to
get a follow and like here and there, as it gives me a boost and spurs me on to
continue in my crazy fundraising efforts.

Thanks for taking the time to read
this.
