Umeed Offers support and help to projects in Pakistan offering education to women and girls in multi-faith centres. Offering education in this way will grow a new generation of people understanding of cultural differences. Visit the website to see some of the success stories of Umeed.
To raise much needed funds in support of these projects I'm running Forty races this year. Forty @ 40!!

In 2012 I ran my first ever Marathon at the end of October in a time of 4:12. Not just any old marathon, but the Snowdonia Marathon, a gruelling 26.2miles of hills and valleys, (with fantastic views of course!) This was also the first ever race i'd run since
But this was not the end. The next year I pledged to run the Snowdon Race. July 2013 was a roasting hot Saturday, but I finished in just under 2hrs. Then once again the Marathon in October.
