Around the world in less than 48 hours for Guy's Cancer Charity.
Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital leads the world in treating cancer. The staff and clinicians at this brilliant institution are much loved by all of us who have needed their specialist care and skill.
On the 11th of August 2022, I completed the fastest circumnavigation of the globe using scheduled flights in 46 hours and 23 minutes. No easy task completing a distance of 37200km, crossing all meridians and equator whilst overcoming a few tricky issues of closed airspace over Russia, non-entry for foreign nationals in parts of China, plus some remaining Covid restrictions.
