Why Boxer Rescue - Boxers are a big part of my life, mine have helped me through thick and thin including moving to the opposite side of the world with us. Joeys Legacy do a wonderful job rescuing and re-homing dogs from across Europe. They are a charity my family has supported ever since we were bitten by the Boxer bug many years ago.

Why the weight loss - Recently I lost my first Boxer and best mate Cooper who always lived his life in the moment and to the fullest. His memory has inspired me to get fit and start living life to its fullest too.

For extra inspiration and to make this a real challenge - Shane Davis has agreed to shave his head if I get under 90KG. I don't ever remember being under 100, so for me this is huge!
