The match takes place on Sunday 7th August at Wembley Stadium and is between Premiership Champions Leicester and FA Cup winners Manchester United.
Please donate £5 only. You must be 16 or older to enter and must tick the share contact information box to allow LOROS to inform you if you are the competition winner.
The draw will take place on Wednesday 3rd August at 4pm. The winner will be notified by email and must reply by 12pm on Thursday 4th August. The winner will receive one ticket to the Community Shield and must arrange their own transport.
