The greatest ideas usually come from boredom & this is no exception! 

Thinking of a new fundraising idea following on from "all premiership grounds in 24 hours" with his son Mario-Jack (now 10) 2 years ago, Paul decided to walk from The Racecourse Ground in Wrexham to Manchester United's Old Trafford in 24 hours - a journey of almost 50 miles. 

Casual conversation in their boys' football clubhouse has resulted in 2 other dads - Kev & Matt pledging to join the trek - so far! Any other dads who would like to join us, please contact Paul - mariojacklamb@gmail.com  Not wanting to miss out, their boys will meet them 5 miles from Old Trafford to complete the journey. Will the boys have to carry them? That remains to be seen!

The Mind charity was chosen for one simple reason. Mental health is important! We all look after our physical health but until it affects us we tend to overlook, or even, dismiss it. It's just as important to take care of your mental health as it is to shower or brush your teeth. Anyone - man or woman, prince or pauper can struggle at anytime - the black dog doesn't discriminate. Please always remember - It's OK not to be ok & help is out there .
