On October 7th 2017, the team of City Hospice riders, including Gareth Howells (Wessex Garages Nissan, Cardiff), Rob Allsopp (Fix A Dent), and Matt Church (Rebellion Group) will arrive in Phoenix, Arizona for a 575km bike ride in stifling heat across the incredible terrain of the Grand Canyon National Park. 
Covering areas of the Mojave desert as well as journeying down Route 66, we will end up being greeted in Las Vegas by Elvis himself (apparently).

The 'Unite and Bike Against Cancer' challenge is to raise much needed funds for 'The City Hospice, Cardiff', to make sure that they can cater for the greater demands on their services in recent years.  To deal with these increased levels, a major expansion of their current services is needed - which means the need to raiser higher levels of income.

So far, our team has raised around £13500 for the trip through various events throughout 2017 - such as 'Charity Golf Days' - and we are now launching our fundraising page here so that friends and family who have been following our progress are able to support our cause too.
