Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are running/walking/shuffling 5K because our friend Gill recently passed away after a battle with bowel cancer. Her determination was an inspiration to us all and she wanted to take part in this race to raise money for Macmillan, who she often said were awesome. So a group of those who love her are going to run this for her, in her memory, and in the theme that she wanted - panto!

So if you see some tired fairies or a pantomime cow, and it makes you smile, it's all for Gill and Macmillan.

Please sponsor us if you're able.

Runners in the team: Louise Sherlock, Rob Spolander, Fi Pilcher, Leanne Zeki, Cat Harris, Jo Ahmet, James Marsden, Dan Artus (plus Dominic Mattos, Liz Venner, Janet Scott, Jo Williams, Kate Morris, Rachel Wellman, Rory Morrison who are fundraising via their own pages)
