Thanks for dropping into this page. We are a team of walking enthusiasts who work for <a title="United Welsh" href="http://www.uwha.co.uk/">United Welsh</a>  - a South Wales based housing association. Along with a team from <a title="Capita" href="http://www.capita-software.co.uk">Capita</a>, we are walking to raise money for one of our partners - <a title="Gofal Cymru" href="http://www.gofal.org.uk">Gofal Cymru</a>. Gofal work to challenge the way we all think about, talk about and respond to mental health and wellbeing. Gofal provide these badly needed services that support independence, health and wellbeing and promote recovery:  * Support to people in crisis  * Building independence  * Being part of the community  * Training and support for employers. Find out more by <a href="http://www.gofal.org.uk">taking a look at their site</a> On March 31st, 11 of us will be taking part in the South Wales 3 Peaks challenge, some walking the gruelling 18 mile Platinum Walk. On Saturday 16th June, we’ll be taking part in a Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge, walking Snowdon, Cader Idris and Pen y Fan, all in the space of a day starting out at 5am. On this challenge we are very happy to have join us a team from <a title="Capita" href="http://www.capita-software.co.uk">Capita</a>, who provide two of our major IT systems. Over the coming months we will be posting pictures and stories so you can see the effort we are putting in - and some of the pain we will be enduring! It has included walking in snow as you can already see!
