That's right, I'm scaling the three highest peaks in the UK - Mount Snowdon, Scaffel Pike and Ben Nevis. I'll be climbing a total of 10,476 feet, traveling 706 miles, all in just 24 HOURS to raise money for Heart's official charity, Make Some Noise!
