The two teams of four will work together in competition with their peers to swim, cycle and run a total of 14.4K in aid of Restless Development a charity who work with young people to change their lives and the lives of the people in their community.

Each girl will put herself to the test, swimming 50m, cycling 1000m and running 750m in a relay with their team mates, all for a good cause.
