Crohn's & Colitis UK are a charity who support individuals with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and research into helping find a cure. At least 300,000 people in the UK have been diagnosed with some form of IBD - Chron's & Colitis UK raise awareness of this visible illness and as a club we would like to help with this :) 

Not every disability is visible - but all deserve the same recognition and support.
