This initiative is targeted at friends and Alumni of the School of Geography, University of Nottingham.

Our aim is to build a 'Fieldwork Fund' to help support our students make the most of the fieldwork opportunities the School provides and to ensure these can continue.

Fieldwork is expensive but provides valuable and inspirational opportunities for our students as well as being a core part of a Geography curriculum. 

Initially this fund will be used to support students wanting to take  optional modules that include fieldwork (for which the cost is covered by the student) such that no student should be in a position to have to make module choices based on their financial situation.
