The University of York Students' Union brings you Roses 2019, partnering with The UK's Eating Disorder Charity: BEAT (801343) and the UK's Student Mental Health Charity: Student Minds (1142783) to raise awareness and funding for mental health.

Story

Roses 2019 sees us using our biggest platform to raise awareness of the positive link between sport and mental health and to fundraise for BEAT and Student Minds. Sporting rivalries aside, this is a joint campaign between York and Lancaster students to make sure that we are working as #OneTeam to end the stigma that surrounds mental ill-health.

About the charity

The University of York Students' Union is the primary representative body for Students at the University of York, runs all the sports, societies, RAG (Raising and Giving) and volunteering projects to enhance the Student Experience. We endeavor to support as many charitable projects as possible.
