The Sole Sisters are doing a 13.1 mile (21km) hike along the Gower Peninsula (South Wales) to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.  We lost our father to cancer a year ago and wanted to mark the anniversary by doing something positive and in a good cause, as dad would have wanted us to.  Hopefully, when we're not catching our breaths clambering up the hilly bits, we'll be able to reminisce about what a lovely and unique man he was...
