i am taking part in a white collar boxing event held in chester on 11th septembe 2016! 

this is just 9 weeks away so alot of effort has to be put in. anybody that knows me personally knows that this isnt going to he an easy task. given the fact that my physical fitness had fallen through the floor in recent years i know its going to be tough.

that means goodbye to all that junk food and all that coca-cola and hello to the gym and eating healthy. this is going to be challenging in itself given the nature of my job and the inconvinient times i eat! 

its come as abit of a shock really as to just how unfit i actually am now compared to when i was in my peak training five days a week with the MPC. 

i decided that for me this is both the perfect opportunity to shake myself off and sort my physical fitness out but to also raise a load of money for CRUK in the process.

i have already started at the gym and eating healthy and traing for the fight will commence very shortly.

i am optimistic for the fight im going to give training my all and hopefully get there knowing that win or lose i gave it my all.

its not just about the winning i mean anybody that wants to get in the ring for a fight must be a little bit nuts but regardless of the outcome to say i done just that surely is enough to put your hands in your pocket and give kindly. dont get me wrong i want to get in that ring and win but given my non existant boxing experience i have to say im prepared to take a beating :)
