The dramatic events happening in Afghanistan have shaken all of us. As an educational movement, we are acutely aware of the enormous repercussions this crisis will have on the possibility for Afghan youthespecially girlsto access education. Even those who manage to leave the country will face great challenges and uncertainties in their future. In this moment of darkness, we are beyond grateful to be part of a community that shows up and has sought ways to support the Afghan community.
