For those that know me, know I hate running and getting dirty.  So, in need of a challenge to lose some weight and get fit this year I thought Muddy Mayhem 5K was a big enough challenge for me! (check out the details here...http://www.durham.gov.uk/Pages/Service.aspx?ServiceId=9064)

I will be working my hardest to get fit and ready for the course so I can complete it alive and raise lots of money for the Butterwick Hospice. http://www.butterwick.org.uk/

They do a fanstastic job and were brilliant at looking after my brother, John who died in 2001, and they gave so much help and support to my family and me.

So, get your wallets out and get donating (If only to see me covered in mud!)
