Mum sadly passed away on 13th April after a long battle with MS. She was diagnosed nearly 20 years ago, in her early 40's and continued to live with some normality for a time. Around 10 years ago she became immobile and MS took away much of her quality of life.

Throughout the earlier years following her diagnosis, Mum attended the MS Therapy Centre in Nailsea at least once a week. They were able to offer her support and advice, a place to meet friends in the same situation as herself and help her symptoms with alternative therapies and exercise. The centre has now moved to Bradley Stoke and continues to offer support to others who are living with MS.

Mum managed to keep a very positive outlook on life and i'm sure having the support of the MS therapy centre will have helped.
