Valerie was a pupil at St Martin's Primary who sadly passed away, whilst on holiday with her parents during the summer of 2019.

The children who were in Valerie's class, have already planted a beautiful Magnolia tree in the grounds of St Martin's and have positioned two benches which look over the town of Dorking, providing a space for quiet reflection.

A massive thank you for raising over £20,000 already. We have now completed an all-weather play area.

We plan to extend this memorial with further seating, sensory garden and a more extensive reflective area in memory of Valerie. She wrote some really touching and creative poetry and our vision would include sharing some of these.

All contributions towards this ambitious project would be warmly welcome and will help to ensure that this beautiful young lady
is long remembered within our local community.
